Steven Holcomb

Vice President of Operations at Creekside

Steven serves as the Vice President of Operations at Creekside Business Park in Longmont, Colorado. Since joining Magi Real Estate Services, in May of 2006, he has been responsible for acquisitions, leasing, property management, and construction management. Steven is also currently a member of several professional organizations including the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers, and is currently pursuing his CCIM designation.

Steve holds a BS in Maritime Business Administration, a Masters in Marketing and a Master’s of Science in Land Development all from Texas A&M University.
